In the context of the conference, a closed workshop, organised in cooperation with the EU Genocide Network Secretariat and the Austrian Ministry of Justice, will discuss current challenges and opportunities of international criminal proceedings before domestic courts within the EU and, in particular, before Austrian courts.


The University of Vienna and the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Fundamental and Human Rights in Vienna are organising the international conference 'International Criminal Law before Domestic Courts'.
